By subscribing or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Bing IPTV Term and Conditions:

 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to and use our IPTV services.Connection Limits
A single subscription allows up to four connections. The subscription cost increases as you add more connections. Using more than the allowed connections may lead to suspension without refund.

Content Availability
The number of live TV channels and VOD titles is subject to change without notice. We do not control the content, electronic program guide (EPG), or updates.

Usage Restrictions
Re-streaming, transmitting, or distributing the content is prohibited. Sharing your subscription will lead to instant termination without prior notice.

Quality of Service

IPTV service quality depends on various factors like your internet provider, speed, bandwidth, and streaming sources. Buffering, freezing, or other issues might occur. Ensure you have high-speed internet with low latency, and your ISP permits IPTV services.
Proxy/VPN Policy
Using proxies or VPNs is not recommended because we provide a built-in proxy server. In some cases, like if your ISP blocks IPTV, we may suggest using a VPN.

Unsupported Countries
Bing IPTV works worldwide as long as your ISP doesn’t block our service.

Data Usage and Charges
You are responsible for any data or internet usage charges related to our service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to adjust our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of these changes.

Pricing
Our pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Promotions and discounts are also subject to change, and earlier purchases are not eligible for refunds to match later discounts.

Subscription Instructions
Follow the provided instructions before purchasing an IPTV subscription. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer service.

Third-party Apps
Our subscription includes an APK app for use on various devices, but for some, you may need third-party IPTV players. We are not responsible for third-party app expiries, only for the IPTV service itself.

Service Downtime
You acknowledge and agree to possible downtime due to server maintenance or other issues. We will not notify you in advance of such interruptions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digitally downloadable services, refunds are not possible once the files are delivered unless there are extraordinary circumstances. If our server remains down for over a week, you can request a partial refund based on your subscription’s unused portion. Note that a 30% refund fee applies, and the refund process can take up to 14 days to complete.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your service without notice if you breach these terms or violate any laws. All communications and terms related to this agreement are in English. Bing IPTV owns all trademarks, logos, and written content, and you cannot use them without permission.
