Refund Policy

We sell digitally downloadable services, each of which comes with a demo. Please test the demo to understand the product’s functionality before purchasing other subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds aren’t typically possible once the files are delivered. However, in extraordinary situations, such as our server being down for more than a week, we will issue refunds. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, but depending on the payment method, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Refund Conditions

We offer refunds on products with certain conditions:

  • If we haven’t sent the activation email or shipped the product, you can get a full refund upon request.
  • If the activation email has been sent, 30% of the purchase amount is non-refundable as a processing fee. The remaining 70% is refundable according to usage.
  • The first month of subscription is non-refundable.
  • If you bought a 12-month subscription and used 2 months, you’d be eligible for a refund for the remaining 9 months.
  • If IPTV is blocked in your country, the remaining subscription is non-refundable.
  • We do not own any servers or streaming services. If the server goes down, the downtime is not refundable.
  • After requesting a refund, you can’t re-subscribe to our service in the future.
